We’ve purchased a few of our BMW’s from this dealership and had them serviced there. On the last service visit, appt was at 2:30, Svc dept seemed overwhelmed. Routine Svc., first for this vehicle. Was told told it would be 1.5-2 hours & if I had it washed & vacuumed, it would be an additional 45 minutes. Also, tire pressure alert is on my car, tires appeared not to have been checked. (???)
