Prompt and courteous but as a service organization it’s about attention to detail, It’s boring to do the same thing over and over but I’m sorry that’s what you get payed to do, whether you go to the dentis about attention to detail, It’s boring to do the same thing over and over but I’m sorry that’s what you get payed to do, whether you go to the dentist the doctor or the auto repair shop, the technicians are always trying to find more work to do to increase their take...Some warranted and some not. BMW Sarasota appears to be better than most, and Maria L. my service advisor was a first class BMW front line representative. More
Every time I cone in for service there is always something that occurs. There are always extras on the bill that are necessities. I have never received my car back when initially promised. I have something that occurs. There are always extras on the bill that are necessities. I have never received my car back when initially promised. I have had to lease my own car. I have had to tow my own car in even though the part was under warranty. It just nevet ends. My former service gave me the wrong month and year regularly as to when my factory warranty would expire. I have had to bring in my car multiple times for the same issue. Not once has a service appointment gone as smoothly as when I take my care to a non dealership repair shop. I cannot wait to return to my favorite repair shops where they do not price gouge you and your car is usually ready right on time. More
