BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

We’ve purchased a few of our BMW’s from this dealership and had them serviced there. On the last service visit, appt was at 2:30, Svc dept seemed overwhelmed. Routine Svc., first for this vehicle. Was told and had them serviced there. On the last service visit, appt was at 2:30, Svc dept seemed overwhelmed. Routine Svc., first for this vehicle. Was told told it would be 1.5-2 hours & if I had it washed & vacuumed, it would be an additional 45 minutes. Also, tire pressure alert is on my car, tires appeared not to have been checked. (???) More

We get our car serviced here in FL rather than jn our home state of VA because the dealership is just that much better. We are considering trading in our current vehicle and if we get another BMW we will home state of VA because the dealership is just that much better.
