Initially it was very difficult to get status. Had to keep asking. Couldn’t get him to call me. And I was given a pretty horrible loaner which I know lowered my priority for getting the car done. I bought my first BMW at this dealership and it is a 328i convertible. I bought a couple other cars from them. It is a '99 convertible that needed a new top. For over a year and a half, my car has gone in fo convertible. I bought a couple other cars from them. It is a '99 convertible that needed a new top. For over a year and a half, my car has gone in for service and has come back in worse condition (dirty and ripped carpets, plastic pieces broken, etc. The top has been replaced 2 times at other BMW dealerships with no issues! My car was completely redone by Hoyts and is in perfect condition!!! The service department doesn't guarantee their work nor do they check the issues before they release it. I still have a convertible with a top that gets stuck and makes an AWFUL noise... for 2 years now I have been bring it into service with no results except bills totaling over $25K!! The dealership needs to do the right thing and fix the car and stand behind their work! Their sales department is great! So us the parts Dey. I bought my 6 series convertible at Encore motors because I have zero faith in BMW of Sarasota. The management has no interest in making their customers happy once they have gotten their sale!!! They used to be a great dealership, but have seriously declined. Would highly recommend to buy your BMW at a more reputable dealers More
