Terrible. As I needed windshield replaced I called 3 weeks in advance and (1) was assigned to Tiffany for an 8 AM appointment and (2) was assured windshield would be preordered. Showed up on time and wa weeks in advance and (1) was assigned to Tiffany for an 8 AM appointment and (2) was assured windshield would be preordered. Showed up on time and was informed Tiffany was not due until 9 AM and was assigned to someone else who was clueless. Also discovered windshield had not been ordered. More
