I have been in for recalls prior but had not encountered, nor was I expecting, this level of service. Your team went "the extra mile" when they unexpectedly replaced a missing floor matt in my car and even returned it to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! I had called and scheduled the appointment time slot but was informed that they ran out of parts needed to complete the job the same day so I was offered two options; one was to return early the next morning and the other was to leave my vehicle overnight and they would deliver it to my home the following day, which they did in a very polite and timely manner! More

Dealing with Nick was amazing, he explained everything thoroughly and provided amazing customer service. Majority of the time, I never get this kind of service. TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I was very disappointed with TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I was very disappointed with the service department. I took my 328xi in because my car was stalling when stopped and was ov TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I was very disappointed with the service department. I took my 328xi in because my car was stalling when stopped and was over heating. I paid the diagnostic fee of 160. They came back with a report with all the things wrong and the damage was 2,700 plus new tires. The car has over 200K and is a 2007 so the value is 5K at most. I decided to do the repairs even though the repair was approaching the value of the car. Two weeks later after I spent over an additional 1K for tires, the car was over heating again. I took it back and they did another diagnostic and I needed a new radiator and water pump (apprx 2K). The original report had nothing about cooling system problems. I would have not made the repairs had I known the total cost. I made the repairs. I talked with Joe the service manager about this. Two weeks later, I get a warning light the coolent is low and find a puddle in my garage. I take it back and they say "radiator that they installed was defective." No charge and I had to call them to find out the status of my car. I go back to pick up the car and Stephanie tells me key is at the check out. I pick up my key and my car is parked outside covered in snow. They told me it was done at 7 PM and I'm picking it up at 11 the next day. No one said I'm Sorry for the inconvenience or offered to even dust off my car. BMW of Schererville could have done that at a minimal but if they would have been a decent company offered to refund my diagnostic fee for my inconvenience. More
