He is going extra mile to make sure customers will have best experience, every little things, such as staying late and arrange a rental car literally at the last minute and vehicle drop off time and pick up time. Donald Minnich was friendly, honest and trustworthy. A few days after purchasing my BMW I received a call stating the interest rate had dropped, which in turn lowered my signed and agreed upon payment. I wanted to buy a convertible for a summer car and saw that Wagner BMW had a nice Mercedes CLK350 so I drove over. Steve was very accomodating and took me out for a drive immediately. I never felt any pressure, but more of an effort by Steve to try and make a deal that worked out for both parties. Though, like most dealerships there was little wiggle room on pricing, due to the need to proactively price their cars aggressively online , Steve and his team worked with me on the price and my trade to give me a fair deal. What has really impressed me is the client service that has followed the actual sale when they already had my money. Steve asked Bill from the Mercedes Dealership next door to show me some of the nuances of the Mercedes so I could get the most out of the car. They gave me the additional set of wheels that had come with the car, which were never discussed as part of the sale. When they realized I had been overcharged by mistake by $50 Steve called me and said they were sending me a check. Of course like all of us I would have like the price to have been a little better, but at the end of the day the service I received and knowing that Steve and his company were truly looking out for me has made me want to go back to Wagner BMW for my next car as well. I recommend them to anyone wanting a fair deal and terrific personal service. Thanks Steve and team!! More

I brought my 328I into Wagner BMW for a problem with the radio. The speakers made a popping, squealing noise when the car was turned off. They were able to rectify the problem on the first visit. They were very willing to work with me regarding drop off and pick up times. Their flexibility in this regard was very helpful to me as I travel long distances for work and live out of state. When picking up the car Jared was willing to take some time to go through the repair with me and answer some questions that I had. That level of service is unheard of these days. Wagner BMW has proven to me that they are the best dealership, not just in Massachusetts, but in New England as well. More
