I emailed for info on the car and Donald Minnich was very quick top respond via phone and email, was very personable and friendly and I setup a time to see the car. I met with Manny (salesman) and ended up working a deal. I felt the negotiation process was low pressure and up front and I was satisfied with the final price of the vehicle. Their finance guy Dan was great, didn't make a hard sell on add on options, but willing to explain them. The whole financing process was very painless. Overall, I have a car I'm happy with at a fair price. More
I visited Wagner BMW to purchase a pre-owned 3 Series last week. Steve Shifman immediately came out to introduce himself and I began to tell him what I was looking for. In no more that a few minutes, we were outside looking at different vehicles. Steve is extremely knowledgeable of all the different possibilities that would fit my budget and was committed to "making this deal work." His hospitality was extremely appreciated. I haven't owned many cars but I am proud and pleased to say that Wagner is now my dealership. I'm already looking forward to car shopping in the future since this was the first time in my life that it wasn't stressful. Everyone, including Steve, is extremely gracious. You can tell that you are not just a customer here but rather someone who is investing in the BMW brand. And like any investment, you expect a return that is extremely fruitful. I've only owned my 328xi for the last week but everything's been great so far. One additional touch that is extremely impressive is receiving follow-up (personalized) emails from both Steve and Christopher Caputo, General Sales Manager, as well as Customer Services to firm up my payment. One may have the impression that a client advisor's (salesman's) job is just to sell the automobile but these gentlemen have been genuinely interested, dare I say invested, in how my experience was from start to finish and beyond. When the time came to trade in my 2003 330xi, I knew I would buy another bmw and Wagner would be the only place I would go. Once again I bought from Donald Minnich and her was very honest and helpful. I felt I could trust him and I felt like he knows what I was looking for in a car. He spent a lot of time with me and I feel if I have a problem (which i don't expect) He will intervene for me. I would very much recommend this dealership and donald. More

Even though I was about to buy 3rd BMW from Wagner I did not know the salesman who approached me as I walked into the showroom on a Saturday in June. As it turns out it was Gene Kalp. I discussed many dif not know the salesman who approached me as I walked into the showroom on a Saturday in June. As it turns out it was Gene Kalp. I discussed many differenct used/new car scenarios with Gene and he cut right through the delays and typical sales management tactics to answer my questions. In fact it was because of his tenacity and determination that I felt informed enough to trade in my 2008 for a 2011 3-Series. He made the deal happen. His repspect for the customer and his integrity were maintained at the highest possible levels throughout the transaction. The dealership is only as good as the Sales guy you are dealing with (even if you have a history with the dealership) and I am pleased to have met the right one :) More
This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I called sales person(Manny), told him I didn't want to waste time and that I wanted a bottom line on a certain used car. He got back to me promptly with a fair and encouraged me to keep the dialog open. He also had sold the car to the original owner and was able to give me the full background on it. My wife and I went to the dealership the next evening. Manny wasn't there, but the sales manager, Brian Cho. He let us drive the car after the dealership was closed and very quickly got to a bottom line, fair offer for our used car. I knew it was a fair offer because I had done the research on line ahead of time. We signed the sales agreement that night (Thursday) and the dealership was able to have me pick up on Saturday. The pick up on Saturday went without a hitch, even thought I had lost the title for my trade-in. Manny did a good job of explaining the navigation, bluetooth integration and other features of the car to my wife in a way that she could understand. I also met with the business manager,Dan Staley, who took me thru the after market options for vehicle protection. It was very low key and he did a great job of explaining the benefits without making it a high pressure sale. I ended buying the wheel insturance and Simoniz treatment All in all, a great experience. I will buy my next BMW here. More

As the chief executive of a multinational company, I appreciate and understand the value of a straightforward sales process with an informative salesperson -- both of which Donald offered with expert ability. He answered all of my questions -- which led to an incredibly efficient experience -- ultimately leading to a quick, no-hassle sale. More
