He was very efficient evaluating my trade-in, and also ensured my new to me vehicle was ready to go at pickup. Paul Andrade (Finance Manager) was amazing. Absolutely found me the best finance rate, is incredibly personable, and clearly knows the business. I came in knowing I wanted an extended warranty, and he gave me clear guidance and options. He never once pressured me into buying anything-simply gave me information and an educated POV as to why he may or may not do the same. I always felt like he had my interests in mind. Finally, Luiz helped me on pickup day. Polite, happy, and knowledgeable, and showed me all the cool features the vehicle has to offer. He clearly enjoys his work! More
