Everyone involved in the purchase at BMW Shrewsbury made the experience fun. This is our first BMW so a large purchase. No one was the least bit pushy which was great and a first. Dueto Yvonne my son bought his car, we bought ours and another family member bought there's. All within 2 weeks. This is not your typical dealership thanks to Yvonne and everyone else. They offered a wide selection of subs or went searching for what we wanted. I have to give Yvonne a 10 ++++ Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience and we are so happy. More

Absolutely found me the best finance rate, is incredibly personable, and clearly knows the business. I came in knowing I wanted an extended warranty, and he gave me clear guidance and options. He never once pressured me into buying anything-simply gave me information and an educated POV as to why he may or may not do the same. I always felt like he had my interests in mind.
