This rating is based on Lance and the service department only! Sales is atrocious to deal with and not happy with their handling of my desire to purchase a new BMW a couple of months ago after explaining th only! Sales is atrocious to deal with and not happy with their handling of my desire to purchase a new BMW a couple of months ago after explaining that I was pricing out the car with them and another dealership. In fact, after I let them know that the other dealership gave me a much better price and I was buying the car there, I was told "not to reach out again" by the salesman. [I won't mention the salesman out of courtesy to him] I guess they felt that I should just hand over more money to them and not care about the competition. Go figure! Go elsewhere! More

Lance at BMW of Shrewsbury is excellent. He really knows his stuff. He is responsive and communicative. It doesn't get any better. If/when I buy another BMW it will likley be BMW of Shrewsbu He really knows his stuff. He is responsive and communicative. It doesn't get any better.
