He was extremely helpful and informative about features of each car we looked at. When we sat down to talk about the vehicle price and add-on service options Lonnie carefully walked me through all the options and their implications. I am very appreciative that he took the time to make sure everything was clear and he answered all of my questions in detail. At no time did he rush over issues or brush aside any concerns. We concluded the sale without any problems. Subsequently, there was an issue with getting the car inspected, but Lonnie made sure that the dealership took care of everything necessary to bring the car up to a Certified standard.
