Incredble experience I did not like my past experience with the previous dealer. I met with Mr Fastman. He took the time and listened to my lack of confidence with the prior dealer. I own 2 2015 BMW. Mr Fastman acted immediately. He introduced me to Mr Grant. Mr Grant walked outside with my wife and explained the service he was going to do with her 650i. Pointed out additional items and he was concerned with the fixing and doing the scheduled repairs. He did so much more than the scheduled repairs and was extremely concern about our customer experience. Mr did the same with my X5 After the service Mr Fastman made sure both my wife and I were extremely satisfied..They treated us as though they sold us the cars and we were part of their BMW family THANK YOU MR FASTMAN AND MR GRANT!!!!!!!! This is the dealership I will ALWAYS buy and service my BMWs More

Kailash tracked down the car I was interested in, suggested other options I might like, and took me on a test drive, pointing out interesting features in the car I did not know about (and I had done my homework!). He was informative, patient, and engaging. Plus, he had a welcome sense of humor. What could easily have been a stressful and annoying process, Kailesh actually made fun. Turned out we agreed on a price for my wife's X3 and I decided to get my M4 through them as well. George the sales manager was extremely friendly as well and both did whatever it took to make sure my wife and I were happy. My most recent visit entailed a major repair to my adorable 328i and I was a bit torn between whether to proceed with the repair or trade in my car in for a newer model. Thomas ensured that I understood the Technician's mechanical diagnosis of the problem and he patiently explained the pros and cons of the options going forward. He diligently answered all my questions and did not pressure me toward a decision in one direction or another. After much deliberation, I concluded that it was best to repair my car now, and am at peace with my decision. Due to the complex nature of the work involved, the estimated completion date was realistic. The car was washed, vacuumed and ready as they promised - no false promises on their part. On a follow up visit, I appreciated their excellent commitment to their parts and service warranty. Many, many thanks, Thomas Grant and BMW Silver Spring for restoring my confidence in an auto repair shop. More

Fake email advertising bought my current car form BMW silver spring and they used to provide excellent buying experience, but it seems everything just changed. Recently I r bought my current car form BMW silver spring and they used to provide excellent buying experience, but it seems everything just changed. Recently I received a email promotion which said they're willing to pay 120% of KBB trade in value for my car and in addition to that they will offer $6000 off any new car which is in stock, I called them and confirmed the offer is still available. Once I stepped into the dealer, they just rejected to honor anything mentioned in before: first they said they can't apply the 6000 to any car, then what is most ridiculous is that they gave me a ridiculous trade-in value, my car's trade in value is $20,000 (good condition) and they're supposed to offer 120% * 20,000 = 24,000, but what they showed me initially is $17,000 which just sounds like a big joke. BMW silverspring is no longer a honest car dealer to do business with anymore, very disappointed! More
Easy experience - Fair deal I was referred to BMW of Silver Spring and specifically Kailash Joshi by a friend. I’d been thinking about buying a BMW for years, but had not been t I was referred to BMW of Silver Spring and specifically Kailash Joshi by a friend. I’d been thinking about buying a BMW for years, but had not been to a dealership or even driven one recently. I didn’t make an appointment, but asked for Kailash when I arrived. Even though we had never met, he greeted me like an old friend and made time to hear what I was interested in to see if he could help. Having already done research online, I knew pretty much what I wanted already and shared the specs with Kailash. He quickly found a blue 328x with the right features on the lot and had someone pull it around while we talked. We went for a short test drive where he pointed out the features and explained some items I had not seen before. I was somewhat pressed for time that day so I thanked him and told him I would think about it and get back in touch with him soon. He gave me a printout for the car including all the options and the online price with discounts, but also indicated there might be some additional room to negotiate on price. I exchanged a few emails with him later that evening and shared my expectations on price. I agreed to come back the next day to see if we could reach a deal. When I arrived back at the dealership we picked up right where I left off and with little back and worth reached a final price within 30 minutes. I’ve been through experiences at other dealers where this process can take hours. I really appreciated his willingness to cut right to the chase and get me the best offer they could make. After that, I worked with the business manager to finalize the paperwork and a BMW genius to better explain the cars features and I was on my way. I don’t consider buying any car to be a fun experience, but this was the most straight forward and easiest experience I have ever had. I’ve only had the car a few days, but so far so good and I would definitely recommend Kailash Joshi and BMW of Silver Spring. More
