I was contacted by Tae Yeon and scheduled an appointment for later that day. I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and sales experience. Tae provided great insight into what would be in my best interest since I was trading in another vehicle. We discussed the numbers and he was very patient as I considered my options. He also provided in-depth explanations of the process and although he was scheduled to leave earlier, he never displayed any impatience or dealt with me in a hurried manner. Most importantly, I never felt pressured into making my purchase. The finance process was also smooth as all the additional options were discussed in depth. A day of shopping for that perfect car for nearly 8 hours on a Saturday went from fun to a complete nightmare. My friend who had accompanied me convinced me to visit the Silver Spring BMW and I reluctantly agreed. I met the Salesperson Karen Herbert. She was in few words, exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my needs, understood my desires with the purchase, and was very accommodating. Each staff member that I met was personable, provided phenomenal service, and gave me the sense that they care about my business but more importantly about me as a person. In a short time, I walked out of BMW with exactly what I wanted and with a better finance option through BMW than what I walked in with. This was not an easy task, as I arrived at closing time and on the evening of a planned birthday outing for my salesperson Karen Herbert. However, even though I had interrupted their plans, they didn't turn me away and still provided me with the utmost care and service- I am so tremendously grateful!
