We looked around and test drove, my dream car and had a very enlightening conversation with Karen about the nuts and bolts of the vehicle. Karen displayed a genuine knowledge, as she could speak from firsthand experience when answering our questions. Karen has been a great resource and has checked in with me several times just to see how things were going. She is available when you need her and I was so impressed with her willingness to assist us on her scheduled day off, because it would have been a more convenient time for us. Mrs. Herbert was exceptional in getting me into the car that I liked and wanted that was available at the Silver Spring dealership. The finance manager, Andrew Lippincott was excellent and instrumental in securing me extremely better financing through BMW. The two of them made my car buying experience a superb experience! More

Kailash did a splendid job of thoroughly explaining all the wonderful features of the car, explaining the car buying process, and answered all questions that I had concerning the car and other matters. A few days after my purchase, I received a thank you card from Kailash. This personal touch was definitely appreciated and was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I later needed to bring my car in for a computer upgrade. Kailash made sure I had a BMW loaner car during this period of time. He also explained to me what the service department would actually be doing during this upgrade and made sure I knew that if I had any questions, I could go to him for answers. I also want to give a "shout out" to Nicole for her help in setting me up for the service appointment and making sure I knew exactly what needed to be done. She has such a pleasant demeanor. I have had a delightful experience with BMW Silver Spring. Kudos to Kailash for a job well done! He is the BEST!!!! More

I had the pleasure of working with Kailash Joshi who helped me with getting a great deal on my new car and trade in. I also worked with Anthony, one of the billing managers, who arranged for me to get a loaner car while I had my LoJack system installed. It was really easy working with the folks at BMW Silver Spring. Kailash is very knowledgable and helps you every step of the way with your purchase. Also, for what it's worth, from looking at other CPO BMWs at other dealerships, I think BMW Silver Spring does a better job restoring their used cars to BMW certified standards. My car is a 2012, but it feels and looks like it just left the factory. So, anyways, I am very pleased with my experience and my car. I will recommend Kailash and BMW of Silver Spring without hesitation! Note: For some reason, I can't submit my review without selecting a listed BMW of Silver Spring employee who worked with me.
