Mr. Yeon showed no sign of the infamous sales rep intimidation factor and was just great to work with throughout the entire process. I went back a few times after the purchase for the encore service and to get a few things from the service department and Mr. Yeon was always there to greet me and offer me the absolute best service that a new car owner could wish for. I normally would not write a review online but I had to share this great experience so that future car buyers would not have to deal with other sales reps that don't care about you the way Mr. Yeon does. Thanks again to Mr. Tae Yeon and I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new BMW. More

I really didn’t know much about cars but I did know that if I could pick any make the one I wanted a BMW. However, because of my low budgeted amount I decided to look at other makes and models as well as BMW. From VW to Audi to Land Rover to Volvo, I was all over the place. After about a month of no luck and getting told that my wants were too high for my price range I wanted to give up. However, after doing what was supposed to be my last daily routine of looking for any new vehicles in inventory for all the BMW dealerships up and down Maryland I came across a very odd finding. BMW of Silver Spring had received new inventory and they were advertising a 2011 Sedan 328 I for 69$. So being the newly college grad that I am I called hoping that somehow I had found a deal haha. The car salesman that I had been working with before was unavailable when I had called, so I was transferred to another car salesman, Caprice Foster! I brought up how they were advertising a car for 69$ and we both laughed at the mistake, from there she could hear the sadness in my voice and asked about my car buying experience. She had a relatable experience and made me feel really comfortable. That phone call turned into 2 hours, where she was going over all my possible options from lease to financing to trade ins. Unfortunately, at the time they didn’t have a car that would fit into my budget but that didn’t stop her from trying. She kept in contact with me each week after that phone call. After about three weeks I was again doing my routine window car shopping online and I found that they had received a new 328 xi. Since it was new, it didn’t have a price yet because it had to go through inspections and into the shop for certification. I had told Mrs. Caprice about a similar car that I was looking at that was at another dealership in the price range that I was looking for. From there she contacted the General Sales Manager and they worked on the price for the car to match the one that I had seen. After about a week of back and forth texts from sunrise to sunset talking about the car and trying to get pictures of it, she contacted me saying that the car was ready. The next day I drove an hour and a half up there to see it and test drive it (on her day off!!!) and four hours later I was the owner of my dream car! Mrs. Caprice and her husband were nice enough to follow me home to drop my new car (@ 10pm) off since my parents were unable to meet me and I wasn’t trading in my other car. Long story short: had it not been for Mrs. Caprice Foster, I probably would not have found my dream car within my budget. Talk about a car salesman who will go through anything to get you what you want. Truly grateful for the 69$ advertised car mistake and landing into the hands of Mrs. Caprice, she’s awesome! P.S. I love my new car!!!! More
Excellent Customer Service and Stellar Experience Ms. Caprice Foster was my amazingly wonderful Client Advisor with BMW of Silver Spring. I inquired on a 2014 Porsche Cayman on the BMW of Silver Sprin Ms. Caprice Foster was my amazingly wonderful Client Advisor with BMW of Silver Spring. I inquired on a 2014 Porsche Cayman on the BMW of Silver Spring website by way of their online chat assistant. The office was about to close, so the assistant told me that a client advisor would be getting in touch with me the next business day. Within just a few minutes, I received a call from Ms. Foster. She took the time to give me details on the vehicle, email a Carfax report and said she would take and send pictures of the car first thing the next day. The following day, she emailed me the pictures as well as the window sticker information. I scheduled an appointment the day after and this is when I experienced extraordinary customer service at its most finest. Within the past several months, i had been to several Porsche dealerships in VA and PA to inquire and test drive for my first Porsche purchase. She by far excelled over all the other advisors with her attention to detail, kindliness, personal attention, understanding and her ability to be the best at her job for the customer..me!!! My first experience in buying a Porsche has been one that I will never forget and I thank her for going above and beyond and taking care of this customer. I'd recommend anyone to reach out to her at BMW of Silver Spring and hope you get the chance to experience what I did. More

Tae is patient and charismatic and made sure to go through every step of the process with me as it was my first vehicle purchase. Not only did he walk me through all the paper work, he stayed way past his working hours to explain all the features of the vehicle to me. Tae really went above and beyond. He genuinely cares and wants you to have a great experience at BMW. He is extremely accessible and responsive - offering various ways to reach him: Text, phone call, email. Even though this BMW isn't the closest to where I live, I'll definitely be going back for all my needs because I know I'll be taken care of. Thanks Tae and keep up the great work!!! More

We came after breakfast, but still tempted by the delicious muffins and beverage right at the door. I only wish I had known that and went there empty stomach. Within 4 hours, Kailash Joshi helped us test drove the i3, find the perfect one with the color and features that we want, evaluated our trade-in, gave us an honest hassle free excellent price that we cannot refuse, took care of financing, and off we go with our new car. We were considering a used certified going in, but the rock bottom new price they offer + govt incentives are just no-brainers. Oh, forgot to say, in the middle of all these, they served Chik-fil-A sandwiches and nuggets, and drinks of course. So we left with all our needs filled. Won't go anywhere else next time, nor recommend any other dealership to anyone except Kailash and the Silver Spr BMW. More

We found the car online, and I submitted an inquiry through their website early in the morning. Shortly after the dealership opened, I received an email and phone call from Kan Zhou. I expressed concern as we previously had poor experiences with online car shopping with the vehicle looking great in the pictures only have to issues when actually seen in person. Kan understood and assured me that this used BMW was very clean. He was very helpful and great to talk with. We talked pricing and were able to lock in a potential sales price over the phone. My wife and I decided to drive up after I got off of work (we lived 2 hours away) and Kan greeted us at the door of the dealership and had the car ready for us to look at it. He and the staff were all very friendly and helpful through the whole process. The dealership is very clean and well laid out. Kan went with me on the test drive and walked me through the vehicle's features. My wife and I did find one item on the car that we did not like, and Kan and his sales manager were very quick to offer to fix it. Even more.since we lived so far away and they needed to order a part, they gave us a loaner car while we waited for the repair on our car to be completed. They then sent a porter down with our car to exchange it for the loaner. This was an incredible bonus to us as we live so far away. The actual purchasing process was also very smooth. The business manager, Anthony Lucas, was extremely friendly and courteous. When the business transaction was completed, the dealership's General Manager met us at the door to Anthony's office to thank us. Kan walked us to our car as well as the loaner and proceeded to set up all of the blue tooth and other connections along with programming the nav system to get us home. He repeatedly followed up with us and gave us a status on when they received the part and completed the repair. All in all...an awesome experience and an awesome car!!! More

She had been driving the same car for 16 years and it was about time we got her a new one. We knew we wanted to get her a BMW and I knew that the only place I would ever get one is at BMW of Silver Spring. My boyfriend and his family recently bought a BMW from there and they loved the service that was provided. My boyfriend even gets his car serviced there and he has nothing but good words to say about the place. Before we went there I had expressed interest online about a particular model. Almost instantly I got a call and email from Kailash (sales personnel) stating that he is available if I need any information about the car or if I would like to set up a test drive, which I did. I arrived later that day with my parents and we were greeted by the front desk folks. They were very kind and friendly. I told them that I was there to see Kailash and after talking for a few mins we went on a test drive. My parents loved the car and we went back to the dealership to talk about the price. After a little bit of persuasion we were able to get the car at the price that we wanted. Overall I am very happy with the service that was provided to us by Kailash and the team at BMW of Silver Spring. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. More
