There was no pressure on moving forward with the deal. Also, at the moment of closing and signing the deal, it was very easy and clear making sure we understood all the fine print leaving no assumptions or questions. Additionally, after we completed the transaction, there was about 3-4" of snow. Eric Lovo provided me a safe ride home in one of the dealer's cars so I didn't have to put in jeopardy my new car. After discussing BMW vehicle operations, we did a search of a the convertible I needed to surpise my wife for her February Birthday - no luck nation wide. So he guided me through the ordering of exactly what I wanted. Never ordered a car before. He communicated with me throughout this process, even sending a picture of the ship that was carrying my car to the USA. Car came on the 26th, was cleaned up and in the show room for me to check on Friday afternoon the 27th. Met with Andrew (finance guy) and went through all the scenarios, preparing all the paper work, only about an 1.5 hours total. Saturday morning, the 28th, brought my wife to the dealeship and she was really surpirsed. She signed the ownership papers, Kailash spent about 45 minutes reviewing operation of the vehicle and we drove away in less than 2 hours. Taking care of the paper work was easy, don't remember it ever going so smooth. Really appreciate the effort Kailash put in for maintianing the surprise and having the car in the showroom. Thanks! We got into the car, Kailash went over the car with us, since this was our first BMW experience. Took the test drive and it was excellent, Kailash answered all of our questions during the drive. When we got back to the dealership we went inside and talked about the options, the price....Kailash went over absolutely everything. They worked with us to get us where we wanted to be price wise. And we made the deal. Best experience we've ever had. All this with our 8 year old boy, which Kailash was very good with. When we came back with our trade in vehicle and to sign all the papers, Kailash again went over the whole car with us, which I thought was great!!
