No high pressure sales pitch, super comfortable enviroment, everyone was friendly and Chris really takes care of you. He makes you a #1 priority and worked very hard to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. My boyfriend also purchased a 2 series from him and it was another amazing experience. Also, Andrew Lippincott was great, I was still pretty nervous about getting a new car and he was completely genuine, made a great connection, and very helpful. This dealership seems like its full of honest people who were a huge help and made every effort to give the best customer service and price possible. I will be sure to get my next car from here if I can again! More

Our sales person, Tae Yeon, didn't let us down. He was very pleasant and friendly, but, most importantly, also gave us a fair deal on a M235. He even went out of his way to deliver our new car with one of the technicians, who gave us a thorough run-through of all of the features before they left. I should mention that I sat in the warm car as Tae and the technician stood in the freezing cold during the run-through. The service is 100% - we really couldn't have asked for more. If you're shopping for a BMW, I highly recommend Tae at BMW of Silver Spring. We're very happy. More

Living in Ashburn, VA I decided not to go this long and started out at BMW Sterling. After a couple of visits to other dealerships I quickly realized that my best bet is to drive an hour to BMW Silver Spring and they did not let me down. Tae was very patient and very knowledgeable of the numerous features in x5 and patiently showed them all to me and then to my wife again. I will definitely come here again for my next BMW. Wish I lived closer though. More

Honestly it took me a few months to find out about the lie. I wanted my X3 with SiriusXM satellite on it, I was told its satellite ready.. To my surprise in order to activate or make it work they charge you a 500 dollar software update to have the satellite option come up.. I'm beyond mad and discussed with this location. I feel they took advantage of me and one other thing they never offer me a test drive in which I learn after the sale that they have to offer it to you. I contacted them after about the additional charge and the lady hardly even let me talk cause she's beyond high-per and talks a lot and she said why I waited so long to tell them.. For ones if I knew sooner I would have but that was it.. No we sorry, no anything.. I regret the day I purchase a BMW.. Please don't make the same mistake I did, make sure you write everything and asked many questions and most important they will answer question with a hidden agenda so make sure you know how you ask the questions. According to them satellite ready doesn't mean it has satellite on it, it means you can add it for more money.. They are worse then dirt! Stay ALWAY from them if possible. More

I'm a Mercedes man my self but after talking to Ms. Caprice I think I might have to change my brand. Caprice was very honest and transparent with whole deal and transactions. I must admit I gave her a hard time with a couple of hard questions . But With poise and a smile she answered my questions with complete honesty and when she didn't know the answer she politely excused herself and asked a Finance manager or Sales Manager. Ms. Foster you handled yourself well. I've been buying cars for about 20 years . So needless to say my Business partner and his wife got a great deal and are very pleased . After the sale Caprice and I and my friends held hands in there new car and said i small prayer I really liked that . Without God nothing can happen. More
