The fact that she down and actually listened to what my needs and wants are to me is the greatest thing. In this experience I went to other dealerships and the customer service more business like (black and white), where all they cared about is if I'm going to buy from them. If that answer is no (which it was!!!), then they wanted nothing to do with you and want to get you out as soon as possible. Caprice paid attention to me as a buyer and understands the circumstances of why I am buying in the first place. Which was greatly appreciated!!! Maybe what was even more bigger than that is that she was completely honest with me about the process! She was not trying to hide anything or force me in a corner to add extra, Caprice genuinely cares about her customers and pays attention to them as an individual. Simply the Best!!!! I couldn't help but sharing the wonderful experience I had today purchasing a car! Well, it started out not so great. So I originally went to Passport I couldn't help but sharing the wonderful experience I had today purchasing a car! Well, it started out not so great. So I originally went to Passport BMW to look at a few different vehicles. The sales associate I worked with there however quickly became irritated by my indecisiveness and it showed. Made me feel so uncomfortable to the point that I left the dealership. However I didn't give up hope. I called BMW Silver Spring and was greeted over the phone by Nan Wong. I told her of my frustrations and she quickly calmed me. I told her I would be on my way to her dealership and she said she would look for me. When I arrived she arranged to have the vehicle I was interested in sitting front and center. As I walked into the showroom I told the front desk I was looking for Nan. Then, a gentleman by the name of Kailash Joshi greeted me by my name and said he was expecting me. He apologized for the hardship I had at the prior dealership and told me not to worry that he would take good care of me. Well that is an understatement. Mr Joshi was so warm and very knowledgeable of the products available. Since I knew exactly what I wanted we test drove that vehicle and even had a nice chat. Kailash had stated he had the Tina Turner song "Simply the Best" stuck in his head all day and was pleasantly humming the song. Lol. So up beat and kind. We then returned to the dealership and proceeded to talk about my goals in financing. I explained what I wanted and they delivered! I'm so ecstatic to now be the proud owner of a beautiful X6!! From start to finish Mr. Joshi and Nan made sure I was happy and treated me like a Queen! Mr. Joshi throughly explained to me all my options and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting in the X6. They even sent me home with some goodies for my new car!! Also I would be remiss if I didn't mention the finance manager Andrew Lippincott who was also very kind and explained all of the numbers to me and options to make sure I was fully knowledgable of my contract and Eric the "BMW Genius" who made sure I knew how to work my car before driving off the lot! Lol Totally cool team there. I totally loved my experience and will only go to this location for all my BMW needs in the future!!! Thanks Nan & Kailash!!! You are "Simply the Best"!!!! More

I immediately contacted BMW regarding my concern and frustration and almost immediately, Rachel replied and said “I will take excellent care of you as always.” What a reassurance that I was in good hands and the issue would be resolved. I was treated with respect and kindness, and they worked very closely with me to get me in the car I wanted at the exact payments I needed...and that took some work! Of course, I knew going in that it would be that way since Nan helped me with a 2006 lease and a 2009 purchase. I tracked her down (she had moved dealerships), and she remembered my name, my partner's name, and even the vehicle we traded in in 2006. That's almost a decade ago! Karen was phenomenal too. With BMW's excellent maintenance package, I don't know why everyone doesn't just get a BMW... and they should go see Nan and Karen (though I will note that every single person I interacted with there had a warm smile and was ready to help)!
