The minute we entered the building the atmosphere was perfect and we were treated very cordially with the utmost respect, offered refreshments etc. Kailash was there to greet us, and made us feel very comfortable. The car was just as he said it was and he walked us through all the features of the car to make sure we had a clear understanding of the vehicle, explained in full detail which was easy to understand while we test drove the car. He seemed very knowledgeable about all vehicles, and to know his subject well. He clearly loves what he does. We felt confident we were getting a great deal because Kailash presented the information as facts. He worked with us on the price and trade ins, very straight forward, no games, no hassle. We never felt pressured in any way during the sales process. He was very patient and understanding with all our decisions. He was willing to go above and beyond what one would expect to make things fast and simple for us. Kailash understood that we were coming from Virginia about 1 hr drive away from the dealership and would only be able to make it late in the evening almost near closing time for the dealership. Kailash was very accommodating to our schedule and very patient with us to make our decision even though the dealership had closed hours before. Kailash spent a great deal of time with us and made us feel like we were special customers. Everything worked out great and we are extremely happy with the professional service that he provided. He was very open and honest the whole way through the purchasing process. He was just great! Our overall experience was simply great and the entire deal was handled seamlessly from the moment of inquiry to delivery of the vehicle. Great pricing, sales, and customer service!!! More

I took the car back to the dealership and, Gerard Curvan, the salesman on the vehicle, made sure that my car was serviced quickly the same day. Unfortunately, the car leaked antifreeze again the next day. Not only did Gerard arrange for the vehicle to be towed back to the dealership, he personally drove a loaner vehicle to my house several miles away from the dealership. More
