The entire staff was polite and pleasant throughout the proce I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Silver Spring and it was a great experience. The entire staff was polite and pleasant throughout the process. My sale representative Tae Yeon went above beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and that I was taken care of. After purchase, I had a problem with the head lamp. I called Tae and even though it was his day off made sure the service department was aware of the situation and they were ready for me when I arrived. They even had the loaner vehicle ready for me. I can’t say enough how this was a hassle free process. I’m purchasing a new car for my wife next and will surely purchase the car from Tae. More
