Had experience with other BMW dealers in Maryland and Virginia and can definit I've been with BMW of Silver Spring since 2011 and couldn't be happier. He gives a true and accurate assessment of my vehicles status and needs. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done, and guides me to discount coupons for the requisite work, when available. He has a loaner already set up for me when my vehicle needs to be serviced for an extended amount of time. Thomas is more than willing to go beyond what is required to make your service experience an enjoyable one. Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be.
