I have been taking my 5 series to Silver Spring BMW for service for the last three years and I had the good fortune of having Thomas as my service advisor. He gives a true and accurate assessment of my vehicles status and needs. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done, and guides me to discount coupons for the requisite work, when available. He has a loaner already set up for me when my vehicle needs to be serviced for an extended amount of time. Thomas is more than willing to go beyond what is required to make your service experience an enjoyable one. Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be. I highly recommend him as service advisor for your BMW. You will not be disappointed. More
