My experience has not always been great that is until I started working with THOMAS GRANT. Before I started working with Thomas I use to have to take my car in for one thing or another at the very least once a month and at times twice. I finally got fed up and contacted Mr. Ptak. The amazing thing about Thomas is that he is not just only the BEST but he is also very sincere, honest, and reliable. I can always count on him to do what he said he would. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done and best of all I only have to take my car in for maintenance and my bill is very much manageable. It use to be whenever I went my bill was nothing less than $700. Now it's a fraction of that and less frequent. Thomas, truly and sincerely I thank you. I appreciate your attention to details, and your dedication. Thanks to you, I will never have to take my car to any other dealership. Being in sales myself, I know how important a first impression can be, Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be. Lonnie Overby and Joanna McCarthy were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Michael Bolgar, new sales manager, cold called me about trading in my 2011 X5 an d we visited only once, he located a new X5 for me in what seemed to be days time, arranged the transaction and turned to lead over to Lonnie. Lonnie was more than courteous and knowledgeable , in fact I arrived more than 45 minutes early on delivery day and he wasn't rattled at all, made a few time adjustments in his schedule and attended to my business. Joanna in Accounting had all of the paperwork ready and available, all approvals in h and, transfer of my tags, insurance, etc. This was by far the smoothest and least time consuming vehicle purchase I can remember. I wholeheartedly would recommend BMW of Silver Spring to anyone, sales and service is just fantastic. Thank you again. More

Joe Diss was instrumental in my return to BMW Silver Spring because of the excellent care I received while having my car serviced after a different area dealership totally did me, my certified mechanic, and my 330ic wrong. He picked up the slack for the BMW brand, installed me in a rental vehicle, and fixed the car in what became a painless transaction for me. I told him then that I would definitely purchase my next car from BMW Silver Spring so...when my car next required service, I decided it was time to make a change. While my car was being serviced, I looked on the website and saw something else I liked, sent an email inquiry and received an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE from Kailash Joshi. We set up a meeting for the following morning. He is a people person and treated me very well. It was a very smooth transaction and I know that he's the kind of BMW representative that will be there when and if I have a question. I suspect I'll be buying my cars from him for as long as I can drive and he remains in the business. I'd also like to mention Andrew from the finance department (I cannot remember his last name - I'm sorry). He very patiently explained all of my options when we entered the paperwork phase and also the General Manager (who's name I cannot remember) took the time to come say hello and have a conversation when I'm sure her desk is full. Now, you may say "well, that's what people are supposed to do when you're buying a car from them" and you would be right but very surprised at how many people at other dealerships don't treat you well and could care less about you regardless of your purchasing intentions. Do yourself a favor and get your next car from BMW Silver Spring. I'm now the proud owner of a 2011 Platinum Bronze 328 hard-top convertible. Now that's the way to start the summer. More

I used the TRUECar Service from the Pentagon Federal Credit Union and was quoted a very fair price for my 2014 328xi S BMW. After I made an offer for the car, Kailash was able to provide me with a price that we both agreed upon. It was very helpful to secure the price of the car before arriving at the dealership. This gave me a chance to get all of my paperwork together. Kailash also helped me save $1500 with a promotion from USAA. Additionally, Kailash matched my trade-in quote from Carmax for my 2011 Ford Fusion. These savings made a big difference in the final purchase. I drove from Connecticut to pick up my car! Dave spent a good 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to locate the car I wanted. He finally found it and the price was right. I drove my then current leased BMW to the dealership in Maryland and turned it in and drove back in my new leased BMW. Everything was seamless. All the paperwork was done ahead of time over email and all I had to do was sign the documents. Dave spent a good hour going over all the features on my car and made sure I understood what they all did. Even though I live 4 hours away, when my current lease is up in three years, I will be back for another car. Thanks for making this such a pleasurable car buying experience! More
