Tae Yeon !! A great Salesman at the BMW of Silverspring! I recently bought my 2014 BMW X3 from BMW of Silver Spring. This was my very first visit to this dealership since I live in the Northern Virginia wit I recently bought my 2014 BMW X3 from BMW of Silver Spring. This was my very first visit to this dealership since I live in the Northern Virginia with many other BMW dealerships around me. I searched for my car online and submitted an email. Next morning, I got a call and a text message that prompted me to give a call back. Sales person name Tae Yeon asked me to come in and told me the usual sales pitch like any other sales guys/gals... The price I saw on a particular car was not bad, so I took his advice and came in to the dealer. When I met Tae, he was very nice. He wanted to do make a sale, but he was above and beyond a typical salesman. He is new at this dealership, but he made sure all the questions were answered and made me feel comfortable. There were other people that were working with him. They were also nice and friendly. They tried to give me the best price for my trade in, and willing to finance my car at a low interest rate!! All this buying process took about 3 hours!! Super quick!! :) I would highly recommend BMW of Silverspring and Tae Yeon as your sales person!! Thank you for my great new car! More

I decided to go with BMW of Silver Spring because they had the best price for the vehicle with the options I wanted. After visiting the dealership to buy the car, the sales person Kailash Joshi was extremely articulate, pleasant, and funny. Kailash along with all the other members of their sales team did everything in their power to make my buying experience a pleasant one. I was impressed by the sales woman in charge of financing that was able to get me a better rate than the pre-approved one I had come to the dealership with. The technical explanations for the car were also excellent. A young gentleman Johnathan was also very polite and was able to give me a thorough run down of most of the cars features and how to use them. I am totally happy with my purchase of a beautiful car at the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family for future purchases. More

Before I started working with Thomas I use to have to take my car in for one thing or another at the very least once a month and at times twice. I finally got fed up and contacted Mr. Ptak. The amazing thing about Thomas is that he is not just only the BEST but he is also very sincere, honest, and reliable. I can always count on him to do what he said he would. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done and best of all I only have to take my car in for maintenance and my bill is very much manageable. It use to be whenever I went my bill was nothing less than $700. Now it's a fraction of that and less frequent. Thomas, truly and sincerely I thank you. I appreciate your attention to details, and your dedication. Thanks to you, I will never have to take my car to any other dealership. I've had to come in for minor service work three times in the past 6 months (not fun or ideal), each time Thomas has been MORE than accommodating to my needs. Being in sales myself, I know how important a first impression can be, Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be. Joe Diss was instrumental in my return to BMW Silver Spring because of the excellent care I received while having my car serviced after a different area dealership totally did me, my certified mechanic, and my 330ic wrong. He picked up the slack for the BMW brand, installed me in a rental vehicle, and fixed the car in what became a painless transaction for me. I told him then that I would definitely purchase my next car from BMW Silver Spring so...when my car next required service, I decided it was time to make a change. While my car was being serviced, I looked on the website and saw something else I liked, sent an email inquiry and received an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE from Kailash Joshi. We set up a meeting for the following morning. He is a people person and treated me very well. It was a very smooth transaction and I know that he's the kind of BMW representative that will be there when and if I have a question. I suspect I'll be buying my cars from him for as long as I can drive and he remains in the business. I'd also like to mention Andrew from the finance department (I cannot remember his last name - I'm sorry). He very patiently explained all of my options when we entered the paperwork phase and also the General Manager (who's name I cannot remember) took the time to come say hello and have a conversation when I'm sure her desk is full. Now, you may say "well, that's what people are supposed to do when you're buying a car from them" and you would be right but very surprised at how many people at other dealerships don't treat you well and could care less about you regardless of your purchasing intentions. Do yourself a favor and get your next car from BMW Silver Spring. I'm now the proud owner of a 2011 Platinum Bronze 328 hard-top convertible. Now that's the way to start the summer. More
