He was very open and honest about everything and I never once felt like I was being pressured into anything. During the entire leasing process he was very organized and used every minute I was in the building efficiently. I really hope once my lease expires that I get to work with Kailash again. On the financial end of things, I worked with Joanna McCarthy (Finance Manager). I have never been involved in such a quick and efficient lease/purchase in my life! Joanna predicted almost all of my questions and explained everything in such a way that anyone could understand, gave me great advice about leasing, and got me out the door and into my new car in record time. Both Kailash and Joanna are true professionals and everyone in the dealership seemed extremely friendly. They most likely got a customer for life out of me. More

Usually, in many dealers today, the sales people have a very difficult time answering questions because they have very little detailed information about the cars they are selling. Kailash is the opposite. He is extremely knowledge about every functioning detail of the car he is offering yet maintains a sense of humor and is never arrogant or pushy. He is a true pro using a truly professional and open process to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Kailash never allowed for much wait time during his process and was able to move me through the various purchasing steps very smoothly and without delays. I would recommend Kailash to anyone interested in BMW. Additionally, I worked with Andrew Lipincott, who was the finance manager. Andrew was also extremely professional, knowledgeable and never pushy when presenting financing options and options regarding extended warranties. He shared information with me regarding the options as they related to the car (BMW 335i xDrive - Certified Used) I was purchasing and what might be appropriate which helped to create value in my mind and allowed me to make an informed decision. I found working with Kailash Joshi very easy when buying my new BMW. I was looking at a number of vehicles, including Mercedes, Audi and Lincoln but wound up buying the BMW in part because the experience at my new BMW. I was looking at a number of vehicles, including Mercedes, Audi and Lincoln but wound up buying the BMW in part because the experience at the dealerships was quite good. I had a very specific car that I wanted and thought it would have to be built for me, at a waiting time of 6-8 weeks. But Kailash found the car, got it sent to the dealership for me. I visited for test drives on two occasions and never felt pressured. During the purchasing process, I felt like the options (extended warranty) etc., were explained clearly to me but never felt pressured to buy add-ons. Overall, a very good experience. More

Despite being undecided on the car and possibility of other options from other BMW dealers, Kailash patiently walked me through the deal and answered all the questions so that i could make an informed de other options from other BMW dealers, Kailash patiently walked me through the deal and answered all the questions so that i could make an informed decision. Even though I got the final delivery of the car a week and half later than the promised date, I suppose there is nothing Kailash could do over the shipment delay. Kailash gave a detailed explanation during delivery and made himself available for any after sales question. I would recommend friends to buy their next BMW from Kailash in Silver Spring. More
