My salesman Manny El Baltimy along with the Sales manager Rick Lopez were friendly, professional, courteous and informative. Manny answered all my questions and made it clear they wanted to sell me a car at a price I would be happy with. When I got to the showroom I told them I was looking for a small SUV and how much I was prepared to spend. Manny told me he had something that they could make work. They never tried to push me pass the budget amount I mentioned. I test drove the JEEP and it was a great choice. The finance manager Joanna McCarty was just as helpful and even got me a better rate than My bank offer me. For once I left a dealership without feeling stressed out. With the trade value & other discounts I received I was extremely happy with my deal and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

BMW Silver Spring exceeded my expectations. I did a lot of research and visited multiple dealerships leading up to my purchase with BMW SS. They offered the best service, were the most forthcoming, and gav of research and visited multiple dealerships leading up to my purchase with BMW SS. They offered the best service, were the most forthcoming, and gave me the best price. Trifecta! A pet peeve of mine (and I'm sure the same applies to most other consumers) is when a dealership quotes you a price and then adds several "fees" in addition to the standard fee for delivery and dealer processing. One of the dealers I went to actually charge to inflate the tires and fill up the tank. Not so with BMW SS. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally, with no hidden fees !
