At BMW of Silver Spring, this is not what typically happens. On this day, the right thing was to address the client’s concerns. It is right for us to say to say that we did not do all this damage to a client car as this review might draw one to believe, we did not however do a great job of checking all the surfaces of this car when it arrived and thus the correct thing was for us to work with the client to make adjustments to his satisfaction. If history is an indication, we have left this car in a condition better than when it arrived. That is always our final goal.
