Ever since I bought my car at Tischer, I've taken it into their service center for anything I needed done. Joe Diss was my advisor from the start and Juan Rubio helped my into the BMW service loaners everyti their service center for anything I needed done. I was especially impressed by the follow-up call from Juan on a Monday. He noticed that I had dropped my car off on a Saturday and I had got a 1-series loaner, so he was asking me if I wanted to switch into another loaner since I drove a 5-series. I am just used to all those extra gadgets that the higher-series cars have thats not on the 1-series, and he knew how I was from every other time, that I'm picky with the loaners I get put into. The very next day, he had switched me into a 3-series convertible with only about 1,600-miles on it. =) I was very much enjoying that car while I had it, which didn't make me missing my car for another week that bad. Thanks Juan! I love the customer service and treatment I get everytime I go to Tischer BMW. That's why i would never go anywhere else for my car's needs! More
My experience on Saturday May 21,2 2011 at the BMW dealership was great. I had an appointment and I was late due to traffic at Andrews Airforce Base. Lonnie brought the 750 LI series inside the dealership since it was extremely hot outside. Came back several times in between his appointment to make sure I was ok. Offered us snakes/water. Lonnie was extremely friendly and went over each detail very well. Thanks Lonnie for making my whole day worth my while. I did purchase the car of my dream. I would highly recommend this dealership to people. Thanks Anthony as well. Your mannerism was off the chart. God has great things in store for you. May god continue to bless both of you. More
Went in to get a replacement rear tow hook cover - not the first time either....... Last time they sent it to the paint shop and it took about 4 days to get it back. I was amazed at the service provided. I originally planned on just stopping by and checking out the inventory because I was on the fence whether to purchase another vehicle or not. Me and my wife were standing outside when Lonnie approached us. He had an appointment with another customer but that person had not shown up yet and he said "You're here let me take care of you" He quickly showed us the two vehicles we were looking at, took us for a test drive, explained the features, and EVEN told us about a better price! Because of his knowledge of the vehicle and honesty in making recommendations I purchased the car. But before that I met with Anthony, the finance manager. Anthony was amazing! He kept me and my wife entertained through "normal" conversation and also was upfront and honest about customer options. Not to really compare but a week prior I was at the Audi dealer down the street and the salesman appeared to have little knowledge of the vehicles and was a "robot"! There was No way he was selling me a car, no matter how much I enjoyed the car. But Lonnie and Anthony were amazing, exactly what you would expect. Anthony even possibly sold me on the new copier/scanner/fax he was using. Just so happen I'm looking to purchase automation equipment for my department and after speaking with him, that is the copier I want! He provided contact information to the person who handled the purchasing of it. There was a mark on the seat and Lonnie brought his manager out to take a look at it and I will have it fixed next week. This is customer service! I look forward to working with BMW Silver Spring in the future! Great first impression and I truly hope it continues no matter what the reason I visit. More

Freddy and I had a great experience in purchasing a CPO 5 series. I have to admit that when we came to the dealership, we just planned to test drive and compare the car to a nearby dealership. He showed us the car features and patiently explained some of the features that I am not so familiar with. We were also entertained and met with his supervisors who are exceptionally nice. In fact, because of the personal and friendly treatment we received from Conrad and his supervisors, we decided to purchase the car. Conrad is an excellent client advisor. I live over 250 miles from Silver Spring, MD. The fact that I chose to continue going to Tischer speaks volume. If purchasing another BMW, I definitely will go back to them. We did everything we needed from the financing to the prep. Super super dealership! I feel very lucky to have found them! Our salesman, Andy Perez was very easy to talk to and we gabbed like we knew him for a long time! My husband sat and watched TV and and felt very at home. More
