He was responsive, and worked to speed the process along as much as possible. He showed me a 2008 528i that was perfect for me. We proceeded with the purchase agreement, and again, he was polite, responsive, and as flexible as he could be. After the purchase, he showed me around the car, and explained many of the key features. He offered his time to help answer any questions I might have in the future. I will happily recommend Michael to family and friends. Joanna McCarthy processed my purchase agreement and loan application. She too was polite, professional, and informative. It is rare today to have such a positive experience with a car purchase. My salesman, Jacob Raykhel, was a pleasure to work with. Jacob spent hours with me at our first meeting. He is quite knowledgeable when it comes to BMW. We also compared the pre-owned vehicle choices to the cost and other benefits of a new vehicle. When it came time to purchase the car, he was very upfront about the discount on the new or pre-owned car price, which was so refreshing. I already knew about the invoice price from the internet and the Tischer price for the new car was more than fair - after all, the dealer has to make a profit. I decided to purchase a certified pre-owned 335i sedan and the car was delivered in excellent clean condition, so much so it looked and drove like a new car for thousands less! I had been searching for a Black Pre-owned 550i BMW and found that the pricing in my area was approximately 2-3 thousand dollars more. A flight to MD from Boston was only $59 dollers, and I drove the car home. I worked with Michael Katzemburg by phone to work out all the details for my purchase. The vehicle was EXACTLY as described (maybe nicer, lol) and they accommodated with out of state tags. You can feel confident when dealing with Tischer BMW. If feel like their catch phrase should be just like mine in my own business, "Promises made, promises kept". This was the best car buying experience we've had (we bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW; this was the third dealership we went to). He was simply fantastic - he explained the certification process, helped us identify the car we wanted, and was professional, courteous and, most importantly, he genuinely cared in finding the right car for us. The finance manager, Mr. Anthony Lucas, too, ensured that we understood the details, and he carefully overviewed over all the charges. There was no sense of urgency or "dealer gamesmanship:. After we completed all the paperwork, Mr. Joshi took the time to go over each and every feature of the car - audio system, wiper system, everything - very articulately and thoroughly. There seemed to be a genuine sense of warmth at this dealership that invites a new owner into the BMW family. I will be purchasing another BMW, and I will go back to this dealership and no other place. More
Took my car for repairs about six months ago,cylinder coils were replaced, and three days ago 12/13/2010, had a breakdown, same problem was diagnosed. Have called Tischer Service desk for three consecutive days, left messages and NOBODY has called me back. Spoke with two different service reps, same answer, you will have to talk to your service rep. since it is a warranty issue, they promised to get him to call me back, he never has. Second experience, had a problem with the glass on the driver door getting stucked when it goes down. Took it to Tischer was told there is a clip that needs to be replaced, payed close to $400.00 for parts and service. The same evening I picked up my car, I had the same problem, went to Tischer the next day,under heavy rains with the driver window wide open. I was told it was the same clip, and I had to pay for the same part and services all over again, another close to $400.00 Horrible experience More

Found the BMW I wanted through an internet ad and drove in to Tischer BMW at 7:00pm. By 9:00pm I had traded my Mercedes, bought and financed the 2011 BMW, and was on the road home. The car was exactly as advertised on the internet, and from checking comps across the country and on eBay, it was clear that the pricing was right. I live in the New York City area but I was online searching for a used BMW. Eventually, I found an automobile that was available via a BMW dealership in Maryland (Mile One/Tischer). I spoke to one of the managers, a very nice guy (Ricardo Lopez) who sadly informed me that the car that I had pegged was no longer available. However, Mr. Lopez toiled on my behalf and, much to my surprise, called me a few days later . . . he had found pretty much the same make and model that I was seeking in my area courtesy of a dealership in New Jersey - AND he negotiated with the Jersey group on my behalf to get the car's price down to what I could afford (based on what I had previoulsy explained to him in our earlier conversation). In the end, I got the car I wanted and Tischer (Ricardo specifically) made it happen for me - even though they didn't make a red cent off of me. More
