The employees at Tischer BMW are absolutely wonderful. I recently purchased a BMW and the Store manager Rick was extremely nice and helpful. I couldn't believe he remember who I was considering the amount of customer he probably deals with on a day to day basis. One of the employees at the service desk, Juan Rubio also did a great job in getting me a loaner car and making sure I was familiar with all the car features. He was very friendly and I was impressed with his level of customer service. Overall, I can see the employees at Tischer BMW worked very hard and care about their customers. I came to Tischer BMW to look at a 2008 M5. My wife and I arrived around 7pm and Kevin and the staff was very helpful and accommodating all the way till close. We went out for a test drive even though it was very late and dark outside. After the test drive, Kevin presented me the numbers + the whole service history of the car in question and was not pushy at all. I was fully prepared walking into the dealership with manheim auction prices, other cars/prices in the area ...etc. In the end I felt, the price could have been a bit better but Tischer had the only White CPO M5 with a 6 speed in the east coast. I knew i was at a disadvantage but knowing this they still worked with me on the price / trade in. I ended up buying the car a few days later and couldn't be happier. More
I recently took delivery of my 2011 135i which I ordered through Tischer. Michael Katzemburg was extremely helpful and patient while I test drove and re-test drove cars before my order. He researched option combinations and discovered I would be able to get the combination I wanted even though the bmwusa website did not appear to offer it. I placed my order with Michael Maloney, the sales manager, who put the order in right away and provided me the build number almost immediately. Throughout the order process Michael K kept me up to date and never seemed to tire of my almost daily questions about when the car would come in. When I took delivery, the service department had prepared the car perfectly. Michael K spent time with me going over the features of the car and had all of my paperwork set up for finacing before I even arrived. Joanna in financing breezed through the process and when faced with a MVA hiccup of transferring my organization license plates to a leased vehicle, she quickly solved the issue and sent me on my way without a worry. Michael Maloney spent time with me after the process was complete to chat about the car, and I left with a great feeling like I was treated like royalty. thanks to Tischer for such a great experience from the test drive to delivery.
