We had visited several other BMW dealers in the Baltimore / Belair area looking specifically for a 325 CI. Each of the dealers were friendly, courteous and helpful. On a whim my wife called several BMW dealers around DC asking about 325 CI's, none of which had a car available. At 8:30 pm the night before Andy called us back from Tischer to let us know a 325 CI with only 10,500 miles had just come in. This follow through on his part to let us know they had found a car was great, he could easily have waited until the next day. We stopped by the dealership and test drove the car. That experience was great, everyone we met was helpful. During the final sales negotiations the Tischer team was very professional and very patient in explaining all of the options in buying the vehicle. Also met the Service Manager who was very pragmatic in explaining both costs and requirements in taking care of our BMW, a wealth of information. As a first time BMW buyer we have nothing but a positive impression about buying both a BMW and from Tischer.
