The dealership was sensitive to the fact that I was not local and was traveling over four hours to get there. With that in mind they accepted photos of my trade and gave me a guaranteed minimum price on my trade that was what exactly what I needed. I love this dealership. This is my second BMW car buying from them. They first introduced me to the BMW car class and customer experience and I cant imagine driving another car. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and the overall interaction makes you feel like part of one big family. They have excellent knowledge base of the cars they are selling and help you find the right car for your taste. And the service is simply outstanding. My first car was the 2007 BMW 335i hardtop convertible. I just recently purchased the 2011 335is hardtop convertible. The overall buying experience is so welcoming and exciting I couldnt imagine having another dealership handling my BMW purchase. And the excellent service is just icing on the cake. Thanks guys!!! When you are in the field of sales/ customer service, it is highly important that you are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and only interested in one thing: getting to know the customer, what their needs are and what you can do to make them happy and that is exactly the type of service I received. Mr. Cunningham is very passionate about what he does and it is apparent that he also takes pride in being knowledgeable about the product he is selling. I was very impressed that he had done his homework and knew everything from how the car handled, to it's history and it's current state, and all of it's features. He had no doubts or second guesses. After some initial difficulties, I had an excellent car-buying experience at Tischer BMW. My initial contact was with Kevin Hemmis, who provided a quick, cordial response to my email inquiry regarding car-buying experience at Tischer BMW. My initial contact was with Kevin Hemmis, who provided a quick, cordial response to my email inquiry regarding a used 2009 328i convertible I had seen through AutoTrader. He quoted me an outstanding out-the-door price, with a full breakdown of all costs. Based on that quote, I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Kevin was not available, so Michael Kazemburg assisted me. Michael was very patient and helpful as I test drove the car, as well as a 135i convertible, to compare and contrast them. I decided I was interested in the used 328i and we began to discuss price. When I told him the price I was quoted, he seemed confused and went to discuss it with Kevin and their manager, Rick Lopez. Michael and Kevin returned, apologized, told me that Kevin had provided me an inaccurate quote, and that they could not honor that price. Shortly thereafter we were joined by Mr. Lopez, who apologied and provided another, significantly higher quote that he indicated was still below their cost. I expressed my frustration about this situation and said whether such an error was intentional or by mistake, it was ridiculous and that I was not willing to do business with them that day. I maintained contact with Michael and Rick, however, and eventually arrived at a very good price for both my trade-in and the car, although quite a bit higher than the initial misquote. Rick, in particular, went out of his way to coordinate with an affiliated dealership to get me more for my trade-in, an extra effort that was sincerely appreciated. Michael was not available at the time I had scheduled to pick up the vehicle, so I dealt with Kailash Joshi to walk me through the mechanics of the sale and vehicle pick up. Kailash was patient, pleasant, courteous, and professional as we went through the process. He also provided me an excellent tutorial on all the basic functions of the car itself. I dealt with Joanna McCarthy for financing and trade-in. I had arranged financing through an outside bank, so Ms. McCarthy moved through the paperwork process professionally but expeditiously, which I appreciated very much. Before leaving the dealership with the vehicle, I had a final conversation with Rick, at his behest. He again expressed his apologies for the initial price misquote and told me to reach out to him should I have any further questions or concerns. Rick's apologies appeared heartfelt and he seemed genuinely dismayed by the misquote and the perceived implications it has to reinforce the image of used car salesmen as a bit "shady". He said that is not how they do business, and I believe him. The initial misquote aside, I have been pleased with my experience with Tischer BMW and would both recommend them to friends and colleagues, as well as do business with them again. I purchased an excellent vehicle at a very good price and was treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism throughout the process. And even though the sale is complete and they have their money, I continue to be treated well as I follow up with them on a number of matters. More
On 05/31/10, I purchased a 2010 BMW X3 from Tischer BMW and I think I got a good overall Price for the value of the car. Andy Alexis the Client Adviser gave me a fantastic customer service. The manger, Mike Maloney was also very courteous and helpful. Everyone I spoke to either in person or on the phone was very pleasant and friendly. They have a very clean & well maintained showroom and exceeded all my expectations in many ways. I am sure I will recommend this dealership to my friends. I just hope this quality of customer service will continue in the future in the sevice portion of the relationship. More

I found the certified BMW I wanted on line at a good price, we talked, I flew in and the financing I had fell through even though we had talked it through on the phone. Mr. Overby stood by me through every step of the way, and the manager even reduced the price on the car, and the extended warranty, for my troubles. Every contact with Tischer was conducted with the utmost courtesy, and professionalism. I think I may have found that rarity in auto dealerships: Integrity. My next BMW will be from Tischer. More
