I must say, Tischer BMW is first rate all around. It is easy to see why when you have people like Kailash Joshi (Internet Client Advisor) at the realm! Wonderful! Much like purchasing a home. After test driving the 335i which I initally requested, I asked to test drive the 328i for comparison. Kailash was happy to ablige even though it was close to 10:00pm, near closing time. I ultimately chose the 328i. I could not be more satified! You would be doing yourself a great disservice if you did not seek out Kailash as your Advisor. He is very professional, very upfront, very personable, and above all very courteous. The vehicle was exceptional and the detail they provided online was as stated and I must say what they provided online was so indepth it made me glad I dealt with them not someone else! These guys sell a lot of cars online and understand how to do that - it is different than the walk in traffic which of course they also excel at. I live in South Carolina and Kailash picked me up at the airport. He called several times before my flight to make sure that he was there as soon as the flight landed so I needn't have to wait. He thoroughly made sure I knew how to operate the vehicle before leaving to drive it back to S. Carolina. He called me 3 to 4 times to make sure I was okay along the drive and assure that I made it home safe and sound in S.Carolina. I have never experienced this genuine quality of care when purchasing anything in my life. Made the 500 miles extra out of the way all the worth while. Kailash---he's worth the drive! Brian Cunningham was the associate that helped me make my decision. I was able to take the car home over night to show my partner with no hassles and bring it back the next day to make a deal. The process was so fast and simple. We talked about my wants and needs in a vehicle and Brian was able to accommodate while still keeping me in the price range I desired. He also did this without being pushy; he seemed to truly care that about my happiness with my new car. I would highly recommend Tischer for my next vehicle purchase along with Brian Cunningham, he and Joann were fantastic.
