After a few weeks, we weren't making progress finding the vehicle we wanted through dealers in the Richmond area. We ultimately found a couple cars we were interested in out of state and Tischer impressed us with their courteous and prompt service over the telephone. The car was reasonably priced and we received a warm reception when we arrived to take a test drive. Although we had plans to see other cars in the area that day, it became unnecessary when we got to Tischer. Sigis did a great job giving us the history on the car, explaining all of its features, and let us take it out for a ride w/o hoveering over us. Rick Lopez was very cordial and professional and attentive to our interests. Our only complaint was waiting on the business office to verify our backgrounds and credit to get our paperwork ready after we agreed on the deal. Other than that it was a great experience. More

We were in the search of a BMW and we called different locations to ask for some information. Within 10 mins Rick Lopez called us back, he gave us some information and directions. They gave us different options but we wanted see some more, so they offered us to drive a BMW for the night and go back the next for they were going to have more cars for us to look at. I guess we could keep writing much more but all we want to say is that they gave us an excellent service, they were all extremely helpfull. We opted for the European Delivery program, so our process was more complicated than average, but still everything was handled very smoothly and professionally with no kinks. We are very pleased and will purchase our next BMW from Tischer and Mr. Sigis Skirpa. We also highly recommend the European Delivery program. It was delightful to travel from Munich, to Innsbruck, to Grindelwald in the Swiss Alps, to Montreux on Lake Geneva and then down for a long stay on the French Mediterranean in our own car. BMW treated us like royalty in Munich with a fantastic delivery facility and when we dropped the car off at the Paris airport (CDG) we were processed quickly, efficiently and even speedily shuttled to our airline terminal. Everything was flawless. We're looking forward to US delivery of our car in the next ten weeks or so. More

The buying experience was just that- an experience. Rick Lopez the sales manager was great, he was not your prototypical "Used car salesman", and genuinely expressed in interest in helping me. This was a breath of fresh air given that I had a terrible experience a few days earlier at another dealership south of the beltway. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but above all not pushy in any way. This was the main reason I chose Tischer. When I arrived, Judy's warm smile and relaxed demeanor certainly put me at ease, and allowed me to focus soley on which car I wanted, rather than put my guard up to prevent being taken to the cleaners. THeir cars were in pristine condition and the prices were reasonable.They really worked with me-well past 11pm no less-, and once Judy and Ricky P agreed to a price, they kept their word- and even threw in a few free extras!Even the finance folks were nice!They were straight forward- none of that ridiculous back and forth with the "manager" as they try to make you think they are "giving away the car" I would recommend this dealership to restore ones faith in car dealers as regular humans, as it most certainly restored mine!!
