It doesn't matter if I am servicing my newest BMW (Mom's Treat: 2022 Atlantis Blue x-6 M50i) or my high mileage (and those are New Jersey miles) 2016 X-6 50i, I get the same great service. The team is friendly, communicates well and gets the job done effectively and efficiently. I was able to schedule my quick service easily, as well. I was even impressed with the technician's after service video. Everything was in good shape, but they observed a nuance regarding my tires and suggested I consider having them rotated front to back next time I am in. It was actually a very thoughtful video--and it gave me confidence in my vehicle (which is important to me). In any event, Patricia Fradenburg and Jessica McCaffrey were superb as always. I shouldn't admit this, but when I have time, I even secretly like spending an hour or so of quiet time in the dealership just to chill out. Crazy, eh? Anyway, recommend these good people highly!
