Attentive, but not overbearing, both Scott and the CPO manager made the whole sales experience easy and enjoyable from negotiations to delivery. This was one of only a handful of dealers that provided a meaningful and helpful response (most just sent canned email responses asking for my phone number or providing me with a list of the cars in their own inventory, which I had already looked at). I was quickly passed along to Veronica Chicas (Client Advisor), who immediately went to work searching for a vehicle fitting our needs within the Penske Dealership system (rather than simply trying to sell me on a vehicle already in their inventory). Veronica was terrific--she was always very courteous and helpful and not once did she balk at my desire to handle the transaction by email. When I threw her a curveball by indicating we wanted to register the vehicle in a different state, no problem--she quickly worked that one up and got the details to me. The only hiccup in the whole process was that their lease documents had some errors that necessitated redoing some of the documents, but they were good about getting us explanations where we had questions and fixing the issues where required. Highly recommend dealership and personnel. More
