i was ecstatic that the shop took the extra time to really dig into my issue instead of going with the easy fix. my estimate dropped from over $800 to $75!! because they really dug in and found the iss really dig into my issue instead of going with the easy fix. my estimate dropped from over $800 to $75!! because they really dug in and found the issue was something super easy to fix without replacing a very expensive part. (so i used the savings to also get my front brakes replaced). More

I will say after my buying experience , I thought I would use another BMW company for my service. I choose to give Kuni BMW one more chance. Priscilla Allard has made me feel like Kuni can be my home. She to use another BMW company for my service. I choose to give Kuni BMW one more chance.
