Excellent service for an out-of-state customer Unfortunately my BMW 650i convertible was disabled from hitting road debris while on a road trip on I-20 crossing Alabama... so I ended up at Townsend Unfortunately my BMW 650i convertible was disabled from hitting road debris while on a road trip on I-20 crossing Alabama... so I ended up at Townsend BMW... dropped off by a tow truck in the middle of the night. Although I never met anyone at Townsend in person, Laura took great care of my baby... had her fixed up good as new at very reasonable prices (much cheaper than the dealers here in Atlanta). Given the out-of-state plates and my disabled car, Townsend could have really jacked me around and/or overcharged me. However, they did nothing of the kind. In fact, they provided excellent service, great communication and a job well done. A major thank you to Laura and Townsend BMW! More

Highly recommended I left after work late on a Friday after searching for months for the perfect car, seeing one on the website at Townsend that I wanted to look at. We had found several on our journey with exactly what we were looking for but had yet to find a dealership willing to close the deal. I was on my way quickly after the Townsen experience. Michael Mathews helped above and beyond with the one requirement in particular for my wife, the heated seats, missing from this package. He set up an appointment to have the seats put in, had someone come to my work in B'ham to get the car, then had someone deliver it to my house at the time just right / convenient for me. Being a used car, the previous owner had forgotten about the extra key, I was concerned I would never see those until I got home and had a Fedex package waiting on me with the extra keys the next week. In addition, any request or challenge he (Michael Mathews) calmly would state, "Not a problem." I would recommend all to this experience. It has been refreshing to someone like myself with high customer service expectations in a time, and often an industry, lacking the standards exhibited by Michael Mathews and the Townsend BMW team. Superb experience with Townsend BMW I solicited help from Townsend as a result of my non experience at Tom Williams BMW. Incidentally I ran into a former salesman of Tom Williams and inquired about alternatives. He immediately. Suggested I enlist Townsend BMW in Tuscaloosa and specifically ask for Mr. Bill Miller, a service advisor, apparently well renowned for a common sense approach to diagnostic troubleshooting beyond the results of the BMW computer diagnostics. After detailing my symptoms, I brought my car in and turned it over to Mr Chris Russell, service host, who asked very probing questions into my symptoms, which he extensively and accurately conveyed to Mr Miller who performed the work. I got my car back two days later in virtually new condition. When paying a very reasonable bill I encountered Ms. Krystal Ingram who was very cordial, efficient and friendly. My experience with her was just the icing on the cake of a very satisfying overall experience wit the folks at Townsend BMW. Far beyond any experience I have ever had at other dealerships. More
