With no reasonable expectations, I sent an email to see if the car was still available. Within an hour I had a call from Christopher McMillian telling me that he still had the car. From this point on Christopher made the whole process comfortable and easy. Christopher was very responsive and informative. We basically did the whole deal over the phone (including my trade-in). I can’t say enough good things about Christopher. He has broken the mold of what I remember of car salesmen. There was no high pressure sales pitch, he was professional and provided me with all the details whether good and bad. The best thing of all he delivered the car to me and picked up my trade-in personally. The car is exactly as he described it and I could not be happier with my purchase.
