The service rep, Heather, did not look to execute matters and I needed to ask management directly for details and explanations that she should have automatically sought... Didn't feel like a valued customer and I needed to ask management directly for details and explanations that she should have automatically sought... Didn't feel like a valued customer at all. The manager, Dave, was terrific and answered all questions and assisted with the matter and it made me feel like a VIP customer, which I am. If I am not considered a VIP customer then no need for me to use the service. Thanks More

Very smooth process with our recent car purchase. Lauren Pierce took very good care of us during the sales process! She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Worked with Lauren Synder who did everything she could to ensure a smooth delivery, but the MyBMW app was down and the BMW Genius was not available. As a result,bI left the dealership with an incomplete sof ensure a smooth delivery, but the MyBMW app was down and the BMW Genius was not available. As a result,bI left the dealership with an incomplete software setup. Lauren continued to follow up with me until all my issues were resolved. I would highly recommend working with Lauren. More
