Thank you for sharing your service experience with us, our sincerest regrets that we could not meet your needs. We understand the added inconvenience of being without a loaner while your vehicle is being serviced. In this case the time needed to fully diagnose your concerns, ordering the required parts and the time to perform the actual work did involve a number of days. We agree timely communication is important which is the reason your service advisor left you a message at 3:40pm Monday letting you know he was only here until 5pm. Therefore the numerous calls after 5:40pm were not returned until the following day. We do apologize for the inconvenience. During your visit, our factory trained technicians performed a multipoint inspection to ensure your safety after leaving our establishment. The low brake pad measurement, the seatbelt and the hood latches are items that we recommended to ensure your safety. Our intent is to make you aware of any and all potential safety concerns, and items that may not be safety related, but should be brought to your attention. We perform video inspections to add transparency to our work to be able to show you these items so you may make the most educated decision on how you would like to proceed with the repairs on your vehicle. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we can learn from each interaction and make adjustments to our processes to better serve our customers. It does sadden us to hear that you will not return, and we wish you the best in finding a servicer that better suits your needs.
