Purchased a CPO 3 series. Put a deposit down next day, but sales was slow to respond, never returned any of my phone call even after I left messages, just responded by text. We all know not everything can be discussed via texts, so this part is disappointing. The CPO apparently has a bented wheel per paper work. I asked the sales to check if the wheel was fixed, he came back telling me “service tech said there was actually no bent on the wheel”. I didn’t believe that, called a service advisor and got the wheel fixed. This part seems pretty shady to me. More
