Scott is a great sales person who is unpretentious and very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. Because of his extensive personal ownership experience with BMW products he could offer his perso very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. Because of his extensive personal ownership experience with BMW products he could offer his personal insights on whether to choose various options or not. Scott was, as is expected in a car salesman, very upbeat, sometimes given to hyperbole, but interested in what the prospective purchaser wants. Apart from Scott, I have had no other experience with this dealership. One feature that I did find very irritating is this dealer's last minute practice to try to upsell certain services AFTER the purchase of the vehicle, rather than explaining them BEFORE the purchase and discussing their relative value and how they affect the overall decision to purchase the car and what options to take. More
