Bill Cosenza makes an impossible job seem easy. Saturday morning and a packed schedule yet he’s able to squeeze me in to replace a blown tire. As I waited for my car I watched as Bill interacted w/ a number of customers. Always professional, he spoke in a matter of fact tone and he made sure each customer that I saw him speak with understood their particular car issue and the solution. Hopefully BMW of WC values people like Bill. Otherwise there are numerous companies searching for this type of person. More
