Bill has always been attentive and knowledgeable which is one of the reasons that I request him as my service manager. I likewise ask for Ralph for sales related questions. Also, the waiting room is a pleasant place to hang out why waiting, and while I may have had choices of where to service the vehicle, I did not hesitate to return to dealer who sold the vehicle (Otto's which is now BMW of West Chester). I LOVE the loaner when need service. In fact, that was one reason we chose to buy our many cars at this dealership. I booked this service significantly in advance to reserve a loaner. In fact, that was one reason we chose to buy our many cars at this dealership. I booked this service significantly in advance to reserve a loaner. Usually the loaner takes 3 minutes. However, I needed to obtain a loaner at Enterprise adding 45 minutes to my process that was not expected and threw off my carefully scheduled day. Perhaps the Enterprise cars can be available at the dealership? I know Enterprise delivers to Brandywine Coachworks. More
