Frank is absolutely terrific -- he made sure I understood everything, was polite and friendly. When I pulled into the service area however, I was amazed at the number of people who were in the check-in area everything, was polite and friendly. They completed the work okay, but did not reset the warning on the dash. I reached out and they sent a video which was not available. I reached out again and they offered to send a tech to reset. Instead I wanted to make it easier for them so I offered to try again to do it myself. I got a second video unavailable and written instructions which didn't work.
