Overall the dealership itself is very clean and the employees are very friendly. The whole process of purchasing my vehicle was quick and easy. There were a few issues with my vehicle after I purchased it and took it home. But my sales rep Mahamane Maiga took care of everything and got me a loaner while I waited for my vehicle to be ready. I highly recommend him if you are buying your vehicle from that location, he will do everything he can to help you. I am very disappointed in Mr.Richard Beard, he is a finance manager who finished up my paperwork and took my down payment. I reached out to him first by email with the issues I was having with my vehicle and he never responded to me at all. I kinda felt like he was happy to take my money but not happy to respond to my email. Even if it wasn't part of his job to deal with these type of issues, as a manager I expected at least a response on what I should do. I also felt like he was trying to play with my APR percentage even with my excellent credit score, but thats ok I will refinance with my bank. I also noticed i got charged $899 for PERMAPLATE, this was not mentioned to me at all, but i guess it's my fault for not paying attention. I also feel like my extended warranty was overpriced, watch out for that aswell. More
