We left BMW West and after one week both my wife and I agreed this was the car we were most interested in. Contacted Ali and he set up everything for us prior to our arrival and while he had removed all the "add ons" he did do a soft sell (doing his job), which we declined but wasn't pushy at all. I had filled out a BMW Financial application prior to my arrival so the closing I would say took about one hour to sign all the papers, et al. and we drove home with our new X5. This is my 2nd purchase @ BMW West and likely won't be the last. More
