My salesman, Brandon was awesome in helping me navigate the rather unusual purchase from another state. I found the vehicle at BMW West of St. Louis, but live in Minnesota. Brandon immediately said, no problem and handled the entire process as if I walked into the dealership. His excellent customer service and prompt communication made everything happen seamlessly.
