The Westlake service manager took the time to drive with me for the vibration I was having in my X3. When the problem became difficult to diagnose, they were able to get advice from BMW that cured the probl me for the vibration I was having in my X3. The service department is very accommodating, excellent service. I did find it unusual that parts could not get me a paint chip sample on a 2019, they tried but it’s not available.
